When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.
Patients 21 or older will be given a complete comprehensive exam with necessary X-rays at their first visit. They will then be appointed for the appropriate cleaning following this exam. Patients 20 and under will receive a prophy, exam and necessary X-rays at their initial visit.
